It’s our favorite time of the year: Miami Spice returns August 1st with discounted, three-course menus at hundreds of restaurants throughout the city! This year, you’ll be able to enjoy meals from all kinds of spots (even ones that have Michelin stars), at $35 lunch and brunch, in addition to $45 and $60 dinner specials. 2. Embark on an immersive journey like never before at Superblue

A mirrored labyrinth, clouds made of soap bubbles, thousands of lightbulbs glimmering to different heartbeats and plenty more immersive installations await at Superblue Miami. 3. Get lost in a world of illusions at this mind-bending museum

From pasta to pizza, Donna Mare Italian Chophouse has all the best parts of Italian cooking ready for you to learn! The Miami Beach eatery is hosting beginner-friendly workshops every other Thursday, where you’ll get to learn the art of making dishes like tagliatelle alla Bolognese and cavatelli di ricotta alla Norma. Led by Executive Chef Luigi Iannuario, each 60-minute session delves into time-honored Italian techniques, including hand-mixing, shaping and cutting pasta.

15. The Weeknd returns to Miami for his After Hours Til Dawn stadium tour

The Weeknd is officially back on the Hard Rock Stadium stage after three years! As his highly anticipated Miami stop approaches on August 15th, fans can expect all-new production and a setlist that pulls from his latest album Hurry Up Tomorrow, as well as hits from After Hours and Dawn FM. He’ll also be joined by Atlanta rapper Playboi Carti and veteran producer Mike Dean.
16. Make a “Last Splash” at Tidal Cove’s end of summer celebration

Tidal Cove, the Aventura waterpark boasting seven thrilling water slides, a FlowRider surf simulator and more, is hosting a summer send-off for all to enjoy one “Last Splash” of the season. You can expect special activations, such as a spinning prize wheel, bounce house, face painting, petting zoo, cookie and cupcake decorating, pop-up bars and more. It’ll all begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 16, and Sunday, August 17.
Additionally, the first 25 guests to present a valid professional ID confirming they are teachers, crossing guards or school bus drivers will receive complimentary entry to the park.
17. See the imaginative “OVO” by Cirque du Soleil

The iconic Cirque du Soleil is bringing its latest production to the Kaseya Center this month! Running from August 14 to 17, OVO is inspired by the world of insects, bursting with vibrant colors, jaw-dropping acrobatics, larger-than-life creatures and a heartwarming story.
18. Ring in National Rum Day with a rum bar takeover at Biscayne Bay Brewing

For one night only, Biscayne Bay Brewing is teaming up with acclaimed mixologist and local @Chatchowtv content creator, Giovanny Gutierrez, for an exclusive rum bar takeover.
