3. Level 6, Coconut Grove
Serving a modern twist on Spanish tapas and vibrant cocktails, you’ll be delighted to go to Level 6! Earning its name from being on the 6th floor above Amal, this breezy rooftop is the perfect choice, whether you’re looking for an aperitivo or a late-night cocktail, as the sunset and skyline make the most striking backdrop.

4. Area 31, Brickell
Surrounded by skyscrapers, this gorgeous rooftop bar perched atop Kimpton EPIC Hotel’s 16th floor offers some fantastic views of downtown Miami. Here, you’ll be able to enjoy some fantastic and innovative seafood options as well as incredible craft cocktails! And for an added dose of fun, make sure to head on over to Area 31 on Monday through Friday, at 5 to 8 p.m., for social hour with some top-notch tapas!

5. MILA, Miami Beach

7. Serena, Miami Beach
This delightful Mexican rooftop, located on a lushly planted terrace, makes for the perfect spot to watch the sunset from while surrounded by beautiful Art Deco architecture. A swanky restaurant atop a 24-hour nightclub is so Miami. And that’s exactly what the city’s latest rooftop, Giselle, is. Accessible through a private elevator at E11EVEN, this glitzy spot merges Asian, Mediterranean and French-inspired flavors. 11. Klaw, Edgewater
Edgewater’s only rooftop bar can be found inside the 95-year-old Miami Women’s Club building. Named Klaw, it’s a surf-and-surf concept brought to life by duo Sasha Krilov and Misha Zelman of London-based Burger and Lobster. Not only does it dazzle guests with its Spanish Renaissance allure and breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay, its menu is highlighted by Norwegian king crab and high quality meat from an exceptional cattle-rearing program.

12. Higher Ground, Wynwood
One of Miami’s newest rooftop hangouts, Higher Ground, lives up to its name and is nestled on the third floor of the boutique Arlo Wynwood hotel. The indoor-outdoor jungle oasis serves a tasty menu, ideal for a night out with friends or casual pre-dinner drinks. They use herbal elixirs, exotic infusions and fresh pressed juices in their signature beverages, as well as a rotating selection of raw bar and local seafood. 13. Sipsip Calypso Rum Bar, Coconut Grove
Named after the Bahamian word for “gossip” or “sharing news,” this Calypso-styled rooftop bar has the perfect ambiance with brightly-colored umbrellas, a hand-painted mural and even an eye-catching fireplace for the very few days Miami gets chilly. This beautiful rooftop garden in Wynwood offers uninterrupted views of the Miami skyline. Plus, there’s plenty of place to relax and soak up the sun while enjoying some of our favorite Greek seafood in town! We suggest stopping by their daily happy hour (5 to 7 p.m.) to taste $10 cocktails and wines by the glass, as well as $14 bar bites, including a Greek take on calamari and homemade lamb meatballs with tzatziki sauce and pita.

16. Cebada Rooftop, Coral Gables

19. Dior Café, Miami Design District
Elevate your morning coffee and your Insta feed in one go at the Dior Café. Hidden atop Dior’s boutique in Miami’s Design District, this totally Insta-worthy cafe offers coffee, tea, pastries and more in an equally chic setting. 22. Perl by Chef IP, North Miami Beach
Perhaps a big celebration is in store for you and you want to host an event or a dinner party. On the northern side of Miami, you’ll find Perl, which includes a private room on a 5,000-square-foot rooftop that overlooks Aventura’s skyline. There’s indoor and outdoor seating to be enjoyed too!
