1. Amara at Paraiso, Edgewater
For the quintessential Miami waterfront date experience head over to Amara at Paraiso. 2. Area 31, Downtown
Surrounded by skyscrapers, this gorgeous rooftop bar perched atop Kimpton EPIC Hotel’s 16th floor offers some fantastic views of Downtown Miami and the Miami River. Here’ you’ll be able to enjoy some fantastic and innovative seafood options as well as incredible craft cocktails! 3. Astra, Wynwood
This beautiful rooftop garden in Wynwood offers some gorgeous, uninterrupted views of the Miami skyline. Plus, the 10,000-square-foot bar offers plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun while enjoying some of the best Greek seafood recipes in town!

4. Baia Beach Club, South Beach
Recently unveiled at the Mondrian in South Beach, Baia Beach Club features stunning views of Biscayne Bay and gorgeous rustic decor. This prime waterfront location offers several outdoor dining options including The Deck, The Terrace, and The Greenhouse in which you can enjoy incredible craft cocktails and Mediterranean food for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

5. Broken Shaker, South Beach
This backyard oasis doubles as a herb garden, breezy outdoor patio, swimming pool, bocce ball court, and ping pong hall — a five-in-one for the perfect night out. Oh and add incredible cocktails to the list too, because Broken Shaker is known to have some of the best cocktails in town!

6. Café Kush, MiMo
Café Kush offers a bistro-spin of Wynwood’s popular Kush restaurant. On its menu, you’ll find great burger options, steak frites, croc monsieurs and fried frog legs. The pretty views of Little River are complimentary.

7. Casa Florida, Little Havana
Cute, retro, and easily Instagrammable, Casa Florida offers the perfect combination of tropical and vintage vibes with a touch of pink which makes it one of the cutest patios in the whole of the 305. Plus there are enough outdoor settings to fit your every mood.

8. Casa Tua, Miami Beach
So you’re looking to dine out in a jungle-like setting? We’ve got you. Casa Tua’s wonderful garden makes for the perfect jungle-like setting in which to enjoy delicious Italian cuisine beneath a canopy of trees and twinkling lights

9. Cecconi’s, Miami Beach
Cecconi’s cozy, fairy-like courtyard is the perfect setting for an intimate, uber-romantic date. At this world-class eatery, you’ll be able to enjoy some of the best homemade pasta and seafood in town cooked in the Venetian style.

10. Cervecería La Tropical, Wynwood
Did you know Miami’s youngest brewery is also Cuba’s oldest one? Cervecería La Tropical opened the doors to its brewery and beer garden earlier this February and it’s a total tropical paradise! Here you’ll be able to enjoy some authentically Cuban brews while lounging out in its gorgeous open-air patio surrounded by beautiful greenery, twinkling lights and colorful murals!

11. Elcielo, Downtown
If you’re looking to go on a unique dinner date then Elcielo is the best place to go. Chef Juan Manuel Barrientos’ innovative cuisine is inspired by his Colombian roots and molecular gastronomy featuring exciting plates with bold flavors. Whether you choose their 6-course menu ($118) or their 13-course one ($148), we suggest going with an empty belly and an open mind and let yourself be guided by your waiter for an exciting and surprising dining experience.

12. García’s Seafood Grill & Fish, Downtown
It’s safe to say that eating seafood and waterfront views go hand in hand and García’s is probably one of the best spots in town to do just that. Located by the Miami River, this lovely spot has been a prime destination for no-thrills seafood dining since 1966!

13. Gianni’s at The Villa, Miami Beach
Housed at the former Versace Mansion, Gianni’s at Villa Casa Casuarina is the perfect spot for a stylish and history-filled dinner. Enjoy delectable Italian food and wine at their pool-side patio for dinner under the stars and get a chance to relive Casa Casuarina’s former glory. Our suggestion? Try their whole branzino ($39) paired with their Versace Nero D’Avola red wine. The only caveat with Gianni’s is that it’s pretty popular so make sure to book your table ahead of time!

Another great spot if major jungle vibes are what you’re going for when looking for a lush outdoor spot! Located inside Casa Faena, Gitano Miami gives off major Tulum vibes, especially its rooftop garden — It’ll be like you’ve been whisked away to the Tulum jungle!

This Edgewater wine bar was made for outdoor drinking. This lively spot is quite popular and you’ll always find it buzzing with people drinking a glass or two of wine. Lagniappe also offers great jazz on a weekly rotation and pretty twinkling lights. A great spot if you’re looking for something a bit more upbeat and full of people.

25. No. 3 Social, Wynwood
While the views at No. 3 Social aren’t the best ones, the ambiance and experience make this 2nd-floor rooftop a total must-try. But, at No. 3’s breezy rooftop you’ll be able to munch on some scrumptious pork bao buns, sliders and other bites while enjoying some totally awesome cocktails, not to mention the totally awesome DJ Sundays make for a totally fun evening!
26. Noa Café, Edgewater
This woman-owned patio in Edgewater is covered head to toe with the word “LOVE” in a vibrant red and it is giving us the loveliest vibes! The wall art, created by Miami-based artist Renda Writer, covers all of NOA’s outdoor areas giving the place a whimsical and fun touch, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a cozy and intimate meal. This lush urban oasis just minutes away from Cocowalk is the perfect spot in which to escape the hustle and bustle of Miami and enjoy a magical and intimate evening al-fresco. Its outdoor tequila garden functions as a day-to-night restaurant and bar as well as a nighttime venue. Talk about breathtaking Miami views! The Rusty Pelican in Key Biscayne is an absolute must-try when it comes to waterfront dining in Miami.
