Strawberry season rolls around in Miami every winter, making a day at a strawberry farm the perfect activity with family and friends. After all, there’s nothing quite like picking your own berries to take home, and luckily for us, the city is spoiled when it comes to u-pick farms.
That’s why we’ve put together this list so that you can take your pick of the lot and enjoy some very tasty treats! Plus, many of these charming locations have other outdoor activities like hay rides, farm animals and sunflower fields to enjoy. Just be sure to double check with the farms for updated hours and the status of their strawberries before you head out. Happy picking!
The Berry Farm

It’s all in the name, but there’s also so much to see and experience here. On this farm’s 30 acres of land, you’ll find a sprawling field of sunflowers, fun hay rides, finger-licking barbecue, tasty smoothies and sweet berries that are ripe for picking, of course! They’re usually open from September to May, and don’t forget to try their hearty strawberry treats like strawberry milkshakes and strawberry shortcake!
From now until February 22nd, the Berry Farm’s 6th Annual Strawberry Festival is underway, where you can enjoy fresh farm-grown strawberries, weekend events, live music and interactive food experiences for all ages.

Knaus Berry Farm

People don’t just line up for gooey cinnamon rolls and milkshakes at Knaus Berry Farm — they go strawberry picking too! This farm grows its own strawberries to make delicious shakes and you can also pick your own to take home.
However, as they’ve opened for the 2025-6 season in a new location, they’re not offering u-pick strawberries at the moment, but plan to bring back the experience next year.
Martha’s U-Pick
