Calling all literature lovers and cocktail enthusiasts! This one-of-a-kind Edgar Allan Poe Speakeasy is coming to Miami this winter, bringing four of Poe’s most infamous works off of the page and onto the stage through an immersive cocktail experience.

While it has been over a century and a half since Edgar Allan Poe graced us with a work of detective fiction or gothic horror, his legacy lives on. Within the Edgar Allan Poe Speakeasy, Poe historians will retell four of his most famous stories with a modern twist. The chilling tales feature The Tell-Tale Heart, The Raven, Masque of Red Death and The Black Cat.
The speakeasy will take up residence at the Overtown Performing Arts Center (OPAC) in the heart of historic Overtown. Built in 1947 and boasting traditional Gothic style architecture, the charming 9,500-square-foot venue will be the perfect venue for this one-of-a-kind Edgar Allan Poe Speakeasy.
Guests will enjoy a 90-minute interactive show as they sip on four complimentary cocktails. Tickets start at $55 and are available to those ages 21 and up.
