1. Get active at this Olympic pop-up at Miami Design District
The Paris 2024 Olympic Games are about to begin and we don’t have to fly off to Paris to get in on all the action! Throughout the duration of the games, beginning July 26, Miami Design District’s Jungle Plaza will be home to an Olympics pop-up courtesy of Swiss watchmaker OMEGA, complete with a sprinting track, five table tennis tables, a French café and more. This weekend, Miami’s largest outdoor food market will bring Asian endors, interactive activities, live entertainment and more to Wynwood with its Asian Street Food Market. Taking place July 27-28, expect to try dishes including different types of dumplings, Cantonese fried rice, yuzu cane, Japanese sandwiches and more. Hosted in partnership with Miami K-Pop Night, they’ll also offer K-Pop trivia, karaoke, dance classes, pottery painting, henna tattoos, a live DJ and more.
