Luminosa: Miami Reimagined in Light returns this November, transforming Jungle Island’s canopy trails into a 1.35-mile nighttime light festival featuring hand-sculpted art and seven zones inspired by Little Havana, South Beach and beyond. Add a fall treat run to your weekend bucket list! Knaus Berry Farm has just reopened for the season to serve its legendary cinnamon rolls and milkshakes, which draw devoted crowds and long lines for the season. The new site at 16790 SW 177th Ave will be open Tuesday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and now accepts credit cards.
Enter a world where art transcends the ordinary at Superblue Miami. From sprawling floral installations to a massive mirror labyrinth, Superblue’s experiential installations are truly mesmerizing. Fit for all ages, the vibrant, interactive artwork is bound to brighten up your day!
Feast at the South Beach Seafood Festival
The South Beach Seafood Festival returns to the sands of Lummus Park for a multi-day culinary competition. Friday night’s (October 23) Chef Showdown pits 18 chefs head-to-head across nine culinary battles, where guests sample dishes, vote for their favorites and watch live cooking demos on stage alongside cocktail showdowns and music.
On Saturday (October 24), the Seafood Slam gathers South Florida’s top seafood restaurants for a best-of-the-best festival competition. Guests sip and sample dishes across four blocks while enjoying DJ beach clubs and brand sampling.
Prepare to be amazed at Paradox Museum Miami, the ultimate mind-twisting experience for all ages. There’s more than 70 exhibits to discover, like immersing yourself in a tunnel that spins around you, posing on an iconic South Beach lifeguard tower — upside down — and even defying gravity in a room straight out of a sci-fi movie!
Fall’s arrival means many of our seasonal pumpkin patches are popping up as well! These Instagrammable spots make for the perfect background for a great photo — and a great selection for the perfect pumpkin or gourd to carve. Trade a traditional haiku for a free loaf at Zak the Baker this weekend! The Wynwood institution has once again teamed up with O, Miami for the fourth annual “Poems for Bread,” where participants can write their poem on a prompt card and hand it in during bakery hours.

Immersive Symphony: Step into the Music is a multi-program series that blends the Miami Music Festival Orchestra with large-scale projections. Start the Halloween festivities early with Coconut Grove Harvest
Coconut Grove is bringing seasonal fall traditions to its tree-lined streets from October 23 through November 1. Coconut Grove Harvest will feature pumpkins, costumes and neighborhood discoveries to the Grove, with a pumpkin patch on Fuller Street and a Halloween evening of storytelling, live entertainment and trick-or-treating. Families can also participate in a new stamp scavenger hunt to discover local businesses across the neighborhood.

This month, Solei Beach Club hosts poolside screenings of Halloween cinematic favorites every Friday evening. Guests can bring beach chairs or blankets to settle in by the water with a bag of popcorn included with every ticket. Following Ghostbusters, the future lineup features Beetlejuice on October 23 and Hocus Pocus on October 30.

Club Space and House of Transformation once again team up for a two-mile morning run from Edgewater to Club Space in Park West. The 21+ run kicks off at 7:30 a.m. following a 7 a.m. meetup. Tickets include entry to Club Space after 7 a.m., Racoon Coffee, first-come, first-served massages, a Space Odyssey grilled cheese and a drink, followed by post-run recovery programming and music in the Loft.
Diplo makes West Palm Cowboy Club debut this weekend
The Grammy Award-winning artist will take the stage at the new West Palm Cowboy Club to perform under his country-inspired moniker, Thomas Wesley. As the venue’s Music Director, Diplo will blend modern country with electronic and dance music. Special guest DJ Brody Jenner will join the lineup for an intimate evening in Downtown West Palm Beach.

Ghee Indian Kitchen in Wynwood is throwing a 21+ daytime Diwali celebration with Bollywood beats, henna artists and a singles mixer. Fall Style Series takes over Atlantic Village
Hallandale Beach’s Atlantic Village is welcoming back the Style Series for its second installment, The Fall Edit. Taking place on Sunday, October 25, guests can expect an open-air seasonal market featuring small-batch global fashion, beauty, wellness and lifestyle brands like CRM Lifestyle, Rapt New York and Miami Chains. The day includes crafting stations, beauty bars and live music. Free wellness classes run throughout the day, starting with an 11 a.m. Wallex Yoga session (BYO mat) and 2 p.m. FitJump class with trampolines provided for the first 40 attendees.
For a sweet day trip just outside of the city, head to The Girls Strawberry Patch for five- to 10-minute Cow Cuddles & Brushing sessions with cute and fluffy Highland cows, Big John and Boots. While you’re there, you can also meet goats, mini horses, pigs and more, pick seasonal fruit, and grab pizza or ice cream on site!
If you’re down for a quick day trip, the Jellyfish Museum in Pompano Beach is a nearly 10,000 square foot facility entirely dedicated to jellyfish! As the first museum of its kind in the U.S., it showcases up to 25 jellyfish species, a five-meter 3D projection room, a mini laboratory, guided tours and ocean-conservation education.

If you’re looking to mix a little art into your Miami weekend, head to Little River to check out four standing segments of the Berlin Wall painted by French artist Thierry Noir during Art Basel 2013, now permanently installed in the neighborhood. The creative campus also features shops, gardens, restaurants and a calendar of community events you can enjoy this weekend, from vintage markets to run clubs.
