New year, new bucket list!
It’s time to say goodbye to 2020 (finally!) and HELLO to 2021! Although there’s still a lot to be done in the new year of course, it sure feels like it’s time for a fresh start.
From wonderful candlelit concerts to the newest restaurants and hotels hitting the 305 this upcoming year, here are some of the best happenings every Miamian should add to their bucket list. Here’s to things looking up in 2021!
1. Experience Florida’s first snow and go tubbing at this awesome new snow park.
Don’t let the four-hour drive up to Dade City, FL, deter you from experiencing snow in Florida! The first of its kind here in the Sunshine State, Snowcat Ridge opened its doors to the public on Friday, November 20. And with snow being an all impossible phenomenon here, we’re kind of excited to experience the unique Florida snow!
2. Experience classical music in a whole new light with these candlelit concerts in some of Miami’s most stunning settings
Calm your mind and experience classical music in a new light with these sensational concerts in some of Miami’s most magical locations. Coming in January 2021, this concert series known simply as “Candlelight” invites everyone to relive the greatest works of classical music, from Vivaldi to Mozart to Bach, in an intimate atmosphere. 3. Catch a totally slaying Drive N’ Drag show!
Have no fear, because 2021 is here! Join Bianca Del Rio and the super queens of RuPaul’s Drag Race in their mission to save us from “2020”. You can expect jumbotron LED screens which the show will be broadcasted onto, a concert-quality light show, outdoor and FM sound, gourmet food trucks and one hell of a good time.

Superblue, Miami’s new experiential art gallery will be opening its doors to the public in the Spring of 2021! Mirror mazes, glowing sculptures, glittering lights and plenty more breathtaking installations await at this multi-sensory art gallery that puts visitors at the core of its installations.
6. Put around at technological mini golf set to open soon in the 305.
Puttshack, the high-tech mini-golf, is making its way to Brickell City Center next year. The London mini-golf course is set to disembark in the U.S. with locations in Atlanta, Chicago and Miami come Spring 2021. The Brickell City Center one will be its largest location yet!
7. Go scuba diving with mermaids
If you’ve ever dreamed of being a mermaid (or at least swimming with one) we may have just found the spot for you. Located just off the coast of Fort Lauderdale Beach, the 1000 Mermaids Artificial Reef Project is a giant underwater gallery that promises to restore Florida’s living coral reefs population and bring a unique adventure for Ocean lovers and adventurers alike.
8. Camp out in a floating tiki hut
