Channel the Mad Hatter himself with these three delicious Wonderland-themed gin cocktails that you can make at home this weekend.
If you’ve been paying attention you might have noticed that the Mad Hatter is in town and hosting the last of his infamous, magical G&T parties in Miami. They’re wacky, weird and wonderful, with some delicious cocktails from Rabbit Hole Bespoke Gin. If that sounds like your cup of (gin &) tea, then you really ought to book your seat at the Hatter’s table here before he and his Wonderlandian friends wave goodbye to the 305!
But in the meantime, why not bring a little taste of Wonderland to your home with a couple of Rabbit Hole Gin cocktails that will leave you grinning like the Cheshire Cat? We’ve got some simple but mouthwatering recipes for you to try your hand at, with a few magical touches to add a little sparkle to your creations!
Note: These are not the same cocktails served at the Mad Hatter’s experience, but they are as equally magical and delicious!

Splitting Hares
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Pink Peppercorn Infused Rabbit Hole Bourbon & Gin Blend (50/50)
- .75 oz. Ginger Syrup (Made with freshly juiced Ginger Root)
- .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 dash of Absinthe
- 4 oz. Seltzer Water
Glass: Collins Glass
Method: Give the Rabbit Hole Bourbon & Gin Blend, ginger syrup, fresh lime juice and absinthe a short shake to mix, strain into a Collins glass. Add your seltzer and some ice.
Garnish: Thai Basil Leaves (or other fresh herb stem).
A touch of magic: Spray the leaves of your garnish herb with gold, edible luster spray.
Ricky Rabbit
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Rabbit Hole Bespoke Gin Finished in KY Rye Barrels
- ½ ounce Fresh Lime Juice
- Soda Water
Glass: Any
Method: Combine the gin and lime juice and top with soda water to taste.
Garnish: Freshly cut orange wheels, halved.
A touch of magic: Add a spoonful of edible glitter to your cocktail and give it a swirl.
Gin Flip
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Rabbit Hole Bespoke Gin Finished in KY Rye Barrels
- 2 Barspoons Rich Sugar Syrup
- 1 Whole Egg
Glass: Coupe Glass
Method: Combine the gin and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker and crack one whole egg into the mix. Thoroughly and vigorously shake the cocktail before straining into your chilled Coupe Glass.
Garnish: Grated Nutmeg.
A touch of magic: Decorate your cocktail with small edible flowers.
