The German Shepherd Gunther VI is selling his Brickell Villa — The same one Maddona once called home.
Gunther the German Shepherd is one very lucky dog. Known to be the wealthiest pet in the world, he is selling his gorgeous Tuscan-inspired Miami Villa. The property had been in his family for generations, but the millionaire pooch seems to have tired of it and is now selling it for a modest $31.75 million.
Gunther VI’s fortune is worth around $500 million and includes residences in the Bahamas, Italy, and Germany according to the Associated Press as well as fancy meals of fresh veggies and caviar. The wealthy pup owes it all to his ancestor Gunther III who inherited the vast mansion and other riches from his owner German countess Karlotta Liebenstein.
Liebenstein reportedly left her pooch an estimated $100 million when she passed away. The dog’s appointed caretakers then took it into their own hands to invest and grow that cash and bought him Madonna’s old villa for $7.5 million back in 2001. Now his descendant Gunther VI sleeps in Madonna’s old bedroom
“He lives in Madonna’s former master bedroom,” Ruthie Assouline, one of the real estate agents who is selling the house, told the AP.”He literally sleeps overlooking the most magnificent view in an Italian custom bed in the former bedroom of the greatest pop star in the world.”
The mansion is a Tuscan-style villa that overlooks Biscayne Bay. Spanning 8,400-sq.ft, the home sits on top of a 1.7-acre lot, it features 9 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms and is only one of six waterfront homes in the exclusive neighborhood. And it’s pet-friendly. — Don’t know about you but leading a dog’s life is starting to sound pretty good to me!!

As for what Gunther will do once he sells off his Miami villa it’s yet to be decided but with $500 million dollars it sounds like this pooch will have no trouble finding a new, comfy mansion to live in!
