A massive bloom of seaweed is headed right for Florida and it could be the largest in history. 3. These South Florida Gyms Are Offering Free Self-Defense Classes For Women
In honor of Women’s History Month, YouFit is offering women the opportunity to learn life-saving skills to protect themselves. This comes at a time when 24-year-old Nashali Alma, a YouFit Gyms member, was assaulted in her apartment complex gym and made national headlines for fending off her attacker last month.
