Spring has finally arrived in the 305!
It is April and spring is now in full swing here in the Magic City! Embrace the start of the hot, forever-sunny weather and head on out to see what Miami has in store for you this month. 1. Get a taste of Cuba at Miami’s newest brewery
Atención Miamians! You can now get a refreshing taste of Cuba at Wynwood’s new Cervecería La Tropical. 2. Visit one of the oldest buildings in the Western hemisphere
Originally built in Spain back in the 12th century, the Ancient Spanish Monastery is almost 800 years older than the Magic City itself. This Medieval gem now lies tucked away in a peaceful corner of North Miami Beach, but to get to us today it has been through some serious history. Constructions for the Monastery of Bernard of Clairvaux commenced in the year 1133 in Sacramenia, province of Segovia, in northern Spain and finished eight years later in 1141. Initially called Monastery of Our Lady, Queen of Angels, the building was reconsecrated to St. Bernard of Clairvaux in the year 1174. So how did it make it to Miami?

You’ll see Van Gogh’s work take over the walls and encompass your surroundings through the lenses of several dozen projectors, hyper-realistic VR headsets, or a mix of both.

We love ourselves a good patio, especially one as cute and cozy as NOA Café’s! This woman-owned restaurant in Edgewater is covered head to toe with the word “LOVE” in a vibrant red and it is giving us the loveliest vibes!
9. Enjoy an enchanting performance by Grammy-award-winning group Antenatu
Join Grammy-award winner, Jason Lindner, and world-renowned Brazillian percussionist, Gilmar Gomes, for a wonderful night full of improvisation that will carry and elevate you with an inward journey where music and people become one. Some of the instruments that will be on stage will include electronic percussion, hang drum, guitar, keyboard and flute.
