There’s no doubt that everyone loves a good brunch. And if you’re looking for one, the first place you should definitely turn to is PALACE. Add lip-syncing drag queens into the mix and you’re in for an unforgettable time! For the past three decades, this beloved bar has been home to Ocean Drive’s biggest parties and if you’ve ever happened to be passing by, you’re sure to have caught a glimpse of the colorfully dressed performers putting on a show all weeklong. Brunch seatings are offered on Friday through Sunday at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., and Mondays at noon.

2. Kill Your Idol, Miami Beach
Fridays are a drag — in the best way — at this lively Española Way bar. Inspired by the No Wave music and visual movement of the late ‘70s New York, not only will you find live music and cheap drinks here but their weekly drag shows are a must-see. Just make your way past the upside down astronaut at this eccentric spot to catch the divas’ stellar performances, which start promptly at 10 p.m. Plus, drink from their selection of craft beers and mixed cocktails for half off just in time for the show, from 8 to 10 p.m.

3. R House, Wynwood
Did somebody say bottomless mimosas? Take front seat to one of the greatest drag brunches of your life at this popular spot hosted by Miami’s drag goddess — Athena Dion. Situated in the heart of Wynwood Arts District, catch the best of the city’s fierce queens all throughout the restaurant and its outdoor patio while you use your pink folding fan to clack along to the music. Their epic drag brunches are held every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Take a bite of their Latin American-inspired menu, which is nothing short of an ode to the vibrant communities the city has to offer!

4. Azucar Nightclub, Coral Gables
Ya tu sabes que this high-energy, neon-lit hotspot is just as sweet as its name indicates. While it’s a fact that most Miami venues have Latin nights, Azucar is the premiere nightclub dedicated to the city’s Latin LGBTQ+ crowd. Whether you prefer to get down on the dance floor to the DJs music or sit back and enjoy tribute performances by the talented costumed queens on stage, there are plenty of nightly cabarets and parties in store for the weekend, promising a good time every time! 5. Sweet Liberty Drinks & Supply Co., Miami Beach
On any typical day, Sweet Liberty may appear like any other hip dining area along Collins Avenue. But not everything is as it seems. On the first Sunday of every month, this restaurant comes alive with drag! As their pink “Pursue Happiness” is truly a sign of what’s to come, this totally fun brunch hosted by local legend Karla Croqueta goes down from 1 to 3 p.m. where fiery and funny drag queens come to entertain like no one else can in this cabaret-style affair. If you come here for the happy hour, which happens daily from 4 to 8 p.m., they not only offer 95 cent oysters but also have drink specials for some of the best cocktails in the city for under $10.

6. Twist, Miami Beach
Founded in 1993 as a welcoming environment where people from all around the world could meet and have a great time, makes this spot one of Miami’s longest running gay bars. And it’s perfect for nightlife. The vibrant venue is two stories and features seven different bars, all with their own unique atmosphere and decor to keep the party running all night (there’s a tiki bar and a salsa room, for example). For multiple nights a week, Twist hosts themed nights with go-go dancers and drag queens. This is the ultimate place to be at!

7. Sins Gastrobar, Miami Shores
It’s showtime! A fabulous Royal Brunch hosted by Miami legend Poizon Ivy and friends light up this industrial chic neighborhood restaurant every month. Kicking off at 1 p.m. with a rotating cast of lovely queens, indulge in bottomless mimosas and sangria pitchers with a la carte brunch bites like the slow-cooked pulled pork dirty benedicts.
