Miami Spice is back next month, making it easier than ever to dine at the city’s newest restaurants without maxing out your credit card! Returning for its 25th anniversary from August 1 through September 30, the culinary event gives people a chance to try prix-fixe menus at hard-to-beat prices, like $40 lunch and brunch as well as $50 to $65 dinner.
And new this year, Miami Spice Reserve will introduce a premium tier with experiences starting at $95.
While hundreds of venues never miss an opportunity to participate, there are plenty of highly anticipated newcomers this year. So whether they’ve been on your list or you’re hearing about them for the first time, here are the newest spots making their Miami Spice debut:
The Mexican

Named one of the “World’s Most Beautiful Restaurants” by Prix Versailles for its Dallas outpost, this flashy waterfront destination on Brickell Key is celebrating its first year in the program. The lunch and dinner menus will feature recipes from Monterrey, ranging from aguachiles and tortilla soup to black angus tacos, enchiladas suizas, salmon piquin, petit filet and housemade desserts.
Amazónico

Amazónico will debut a Miami Spice menu inside its rainforest-inspired, three-story Brickell outpost. The kitchen will prepare a menu fusing Latin American, Nikkei and Mediterranean flavors, with appetizers like yellowtail tartare with smoked trout caviar or a Scottish salmon tiradito. Main courses will feature a tamarind-glazed bacalao and 48-hour asado de costilla. For dessert, the culinary team will serve a sweet corn crème brûlée with coconut sponge and three scoops of their homemade sorbet.
Vilebrequin La Plage

Nestled atop the UNFRAMED, Autograph Collection in Miami Beach, the swimwear brand’s newest dining concept is bringing French Riviera flavors high above the city. The first-time Miami Spice menu will highlight coastal plates like salade Niçoise, steak tartare, linguini vertes, and steak frites with sauce au poivre. This is followed by desserts including fondant au chocolat and soupe de melon.
Cactus Club Cafe

The downtown Miami newcomer will introduce a four-course dinner from 6 p.m. for its first Miami Spice. Hosted within its 11,500-square-foot modern venue, the meal begins with warm pull-apart brioche and Prosecco Zero, before moving on to starters like sticky garlic ribs, hamachi sashimi or salmon aburi. Main dishes include truffle parmesan chicken or an 8 oz USDA Prime steak, as well as a chocolate peanut butter crunch bar or London fog crème brûlée for dessert.
Maple & Ash

Straight from Chicago’s Gold Coast, Maple & Ash is making its Miami Spice debut with a three-course dinner menu highlighting its modern steakhouse approach. Choose from appetizers like bluefin tuna tartare or grilled cheese & caviar, and main courses ranging from filet mignon medallions to spicy rigatoni alla vodka. The experience concludes with decadent desserts such as chocolate cake or strawberry tres leches.
Grand Public Kitchen & Bar

Having recently opened in CocoWalk, this day-to-night venue from hospitality veterans Matthew Tsoumaris and Ryan Bassels is participating in Miami Spice for the first time. The globally-inspired menu will feature dishes like beef carpaccio, lemon fettuccine and tuna tataki, in addition to chef-driven specials.
Ezio’s

Opened by the team behind New York’s Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognized Roberta’s, Ezio’s will join Miami’s dining program for the first time with an Italian steak and seafood menu. Dishes highlighted include tuna crudo, tagliatelle with braised veal, Spanish branzino and Snake River Farms Wagyu zabuton alongside house-made desserts.
ZIVA

In the mood for some Mediterranean dining? This Midtown Miami spot will offer two prix-fixe options with everything from bluefin tuna tartare to grilled branzino fillet, black shrimp scampi linguine, New York strip steak and grilled lamb chops.
Leonardo

This upscale South Beach spot will channel the glamour of 1930s to 1950s Italian-American dining for its Miami Spice debut, with staples like burrata, polpette and linguini nerano by Executive Chef Andrea Albanese.
Da Angelino Cucina Italiana

CocoWalk’s modern Italian concept from Graspa Group and Ariete Hospitality Group makes its Miami Spice debut with beloved dishes like tartare di tonno and gnocchi alla vodka, concluding with a classic tiramisu.
