Miami Spice is one of the most anticipated culinary events in the city and it has finally returned for two months of deliciously special deals! It’ll be taking place from August 1 to September 30 and currently features more than 250 restaurants on its lineup. Each and every one of them have put together three-course menus at a discount, from lunch and brunch options at $30 to $35 and dinner at $45 or $60.
With so many restaurants on offer — and we really do encourage you to take a look at the full list of participants because there might be some you want to check off your bucket list — we couldn’t help but narrow down a few that caught our attention. It could be a brand new spot, that one restaurant you’ve been putting off for far too long or an upscale eatery you’d never dream of splurging at.
Now’s the time to get a head start and make your reservations. Here are must-try restaurants to keep an eye out for this Miami Spice 2024:
1. Elastika, Miami Design District
If you’re looking to dine at a restaurant that’s as stunning as it is delicious, Elastika is situated underneath a literal piece of art. This new spot can be found inside the 100-year-old Moore building and offers $35 lunch and $60 dinner for Miami Spice. From Monday to Saturday, you can get a tase of dishes like tomato gazpacho, aged kingfish crudo, roasted Ora King salmon and miso-marinated bavette steak.

2. Joe’s Stone Crab, Miami Beach
We’re just a few months away from stone crab season, but now’s the perfect time to enjoy this iconic South Beach institution! This is the second year they participate in Miami Spice, offering $35 lunch and $45 to $60 dinner this time around. And yes, that includes their famous stone crab bisque, herb roasted chicken and tasty key lime pie, among others. If you’re doing $60 dinner, try the “Taste of Joe’s,” which includes a quarter fried chicken and three stone crabs.

3. Bouchon Bistro, Coral Gables
You’ll be left très satisfait after a meal at this charming French bistro nestled within the historic La Palma building. There’s $35 lunch available Friday and Saturday, in which you can expect delicious soup du jour and quiche, and most notably, a $60 dinner from Tuesday to Saturday with escargots, steak frites and poulet rôti.

4. Jaya at The Setai, Miami Beach
This much loved spot for pan-Asian cuisine with nightly entertainment and a water-filled courtyard is offering great deals for both lunch ($35) and dinner ($45). They’ll be serving up items like truffle dumplings, salmon panang curry, chicken fried rice, peking duck, wok lobster and more. Save room for dessert like multi-flavored mochi or vegan coconut sticky rice!

5. Delilah Miami, Brickell
Recently shortlisted as one of the city’s most beautiful restaurants, this modern day supper club with a ’20s inspired ambiance should be on your list. It’s waterfront too, so you’ll be wowed regardless if you sit indoors or out! From Tuesday to Friday, Delilah serves an opulent $60 dinner menu with wagyu carpaccio, its famous chicken tenders, roasted chicken and the whole branzino.

6. Mr. Omakase, Downtown Miami
If you’re craving omakase — which doesn’t have to come at a high cost — this intimate sushi bar is participating in Miami Space for the first time. Available Tuesday through Saturday, familiar faces and newbies are invited to a special 10-course omakase, priced at $60. There’s sashimi and nigiri, of course, along with traditional Japanese egg custard known as chawanmushi and miso soup.

7. Pastis, Wynwood
This bustling brasserie with a beloved location in NYC is sure to impress, serving up iconic French fare in a dining room that transports diners to the streets of Paris. Miami Spice runs Monday through Friday for $35 lunch and Monday through Thursday for $45 dinner, which includes items like onion soup, warm shrimp salad, spaghetti bolognese, steak tartare and trout amandine.

8. Hell’s Kitchen, Downtown Miami
Welcome to Hell’s Kitchen for Miami Spice! Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant features the celebrity chef’s signature dishes and an open kitchen for diners to witness the iconic red and blue teams in action. The lunch ($35) menu includes pan seared scallops, chicken scallopini and sticky toffee pudding. The dinner ($60) menu brings wagyu meatballs, braised short rib and vanilla cheesecake.

9. Fiola, Coral Gables
One of Miami’s most romantic restaurants and a great way to experience the magic of Italy without a flight, Fiola is offering great deals for the two months! Cobia ceviche, pan-roasted branzino, basil caesar salad, lumachine cacio e pepe, braised wagyu beef cheeks and more are highlighted this year for their $35 brunch and lunch and $60 dinner.

10. L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Miami Design District
If you’re feeling extra fancy and have had trying the only two Michelin-starred restaurant in the entire state on your bucket list for a while, now’s your chance. Except you won’t find $60 dinner here. Instead, they’ll be bringing their “Signature Experience” to this year’s Miami Spice, which you’ll get to have at a more reduced cost of $135. Consisting of a three-course dinner with dessert, standouts include cold poached lobster with corn gelée and beef filet with vegetable cannelloni and black truffle.
