With its diverse hospitality scene, it comes as no surprise that Miami is consistently attributed awards and accolades like North America’s ‘50 Best Bars’ and Michelin recognition. But this time, the city has outdone itself in the 2026 Spirited Awards, one of the cocktail industry’s most prestigious honors.
The top four finalists of this year’s list include a strong showing from Miami, with three local establishments securing highly coveted places across two U.S. categories:
Best U.S. Hotel Bar
- Champagne Bar at the Four Seasons Surf Club
- ViceVersa at the Elser Hotel
Best U.S. Restaurant Bar
- Sunny’s Steakhouse
Finalists were selected by a panel of over 250 industry experts, recognized for their excellence in global bar culture and hospitality.
Since 2007, the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards celebrates the individuals, establishments, products and leaders who continue to inspire the global cocktail community.
When will winners be announced?
The winners of the 2026 Spirited Awards will be announced on Thursday, July 23, coinciding with the annual Tales of the Cocktail conference in New Orleans. The week-long gathering of bartenders, spirits brands, educators and hospitality leaders will run from July 19 to 24 and celebrates its 24th year.
