The holiday season calls for something sweet and savory, which is why a beloved Cuban tradition is returning to Vicky Bakery! The popular family-owned brand has reunited with the real Havana Club to bring back their absolutely drool-worthy Rum Cake collaboration for a limited time.
Beginning November 15 (with pre-orders already available), guests will be able to get their hands on the rich, spirited dessert that embodies the warmth and flavor of the season. It combines recipes dating back to the 1930s and ’50s from Vicky Bakery and the Arechabala family’s, who founded Havana Club.

“When you think about the holidays in South Florida, rum cake is simply part of it,” said Giovanny Gutierrez, Havana Club Rum national brand ambassador. “Generations have grown up with it from Cuba to across the Caribbean and bringing it back with Vicky Bakery feels like celebrating a tradition that connects us all, a true taste of the season.”
The eight-inch cake has drawn attention over the years for its totally irresistible flavor, offering a nostalgic and new “taste of home” for the holidays, as Vicky describes it.
It serves eight to 10 people and is priced between $39.99 and $49.99. Preorders can be placed by calling or visiting any of Vicky Bakery’s locations across Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Find your nearest location here.
