Straight from Manhattan’s Lower East Side, a new coffee spot is set to take over the city. Ludlow Coffee Supply, beloved for its expertly crafted brews and community vibes, has announced a second Brickell location at the upcoming Domus Brickell Park. Rising 12 stories, this North Development project will feature 171 fully-furnished residences and penthouses complemented by curated amenities.
Of course, the cafe will serve its renowned coffee drinks, from tasty lattes and espressos to single-origin cold brews. And yes, it has the celebrity seal of approval! Dua Lipa herself has called it her go-to for coffee, citing their maple oat latte as her absolute favorite.
The upcoming location will feature an expansive coffee menu, all-day dining and evening cocktails. It will initially open as a classic coffee shop during Phase One — similar to its first location at 801 Brickell — and expand to a full-service menu for Phase Two. Visitors can then expect breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails, in addition to evening events like pop-ups, DJ sets and community-led activities.
Ludlow Coffee Supply was founded in 2016 by restaurateur John Seymour (also known for NYC and LA’s popular Sweet Chick) as a means to “supply the block” with a better coffee experience. Since then, it has become known for single-origin roasts, collaborations with local bakeries and welcoming atmosphere where regulars get together over a shared love of coffee.
“This expansion is more than just a new opening, it’s an evolution of what Ludlow Coffee Supply stands for,” Seymour said. “From the start, our mission has been to bring people together over great coffee. Miami shares that same creative energy and sense of community we built in New York, and Domus Brickell Park is the perfect place to grow that connection.”
The brand is set to take over South Florida, with a Fort Lauderdale outpost slated to open later this year. We’ll have to wait a little longer for Ludlow’s second Brickell location, however, with an expected opening date of early 2026.
