NFL star Travis Kelce is spending the summer where he’s guaranteed sunshine and surf — right here in South Florida.
Dining in West Palm Beach recently (with popstar partner Taylor Swift, of course) was probably a clue the celeb couple was hanging out locally, and now it’s been revealed that Kelce has rented out a luxe Boca Raton property for the season.
The insight was first reported by the Daily Mail, which claims he moved in this April along with private chef Kumar Ferguson and friend Ross Travis (plus some luxury vehicles). Located in a gated community, the home last sold in 2023 for $15 million and is located right on the waterfront. By today’s estimates, it could be valued close to $20 million.
As stated by their sources, Kelce is camping out in FL to prepare for his next (and rumored last) football season with rigorous training, rest and recovery. The abode is located within the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club and close to Johnny O’s Gym, where Kelce is reportedly doing all of his training and season prep work.

Kelce and his father Ed were even spotted looking for furniture at a Restoration Hardware outlet in Boca over the weekend as well, so perhaps he’s adding some personal touches!
Taylor Swift in the Sunshine State
Though it isn’t known if Kelce’s famous girlfriend has visited the house yet, People also recently confirmed from an “exclusive source” that Swift would be staying in Florida to support her football player beau while he gears up for the NFL season. The magazine says she will be staying in Miami.
It’s also unclear exactly how long they will be spending time in South Florida, but the Chiefs pre-season training usually starts in mid-July back in Kansas City. So, we can likely expect the majority of the summer at least! So if you’re dining out in town, keep a eye out…
