Get your tote bags ready because a new Trader Joe’s is arriving in South Florida! The popular grocery store chain, known for its creative offerings and low prices, recently announced a new West Palm Beach location will open this Friday, June 12.
The stores are known not to carry name-brand items but instead their products, garnering a cult following due to people’s love for their unique snacks and ready-made meals. From favorites like Mandarin Orange Chicken to Cauliflower Gnocchi, it’s safe to say that Trader Joe’s has amassed many fans throughout the years.

Where is the new Trader Joe’s located?
The 9,404-square-foot store will open in a new mixed-use development under construction at 8111 S. Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach. Upon completion, the complex is set to feature everything from an eight-story apartment building to retail shops.
When will it open?
The long-awaited West Palm location will open at 9 a.m. on June 12. According to WPTV, guests can expect a grand opening celebration and giveaways. The store will open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
“At Trader Joe’s in West Palm Beach, we see ourselves as your neighborhood grocery store,” the company said on its website. “We’re happy to be part of your community, and proud to offer you unique products and an exceptional shopping experience, every day.”
This marks Florida’s 28th Trader Joe’s location and fifth in Palm Beach. In addition to the news, the company has also announced upcoming locations in Merriam, Kansas; Mandeville, Louisiana; Tucson, Arizona; Woodinville, Washington and Johns Creek, Georgia.
