Former New England Patriots quarterback and resident Miamian Tom Brady is considering putting his Indian Creek Village mansion up for sale.
While it has not officially been listed on the market, the house is being shown to a small group of potential buyers and has already received bids upwards of $150 million, sources told Bloomberg.
The two-acre property, referred to as the “Billionaire Bunker” due to the island’s ultra wealthy residents like Jeff Bezos and Ivanka Trump, contains a state-of-the-art gym, infinity pool, multiple sport courts and a cabana. Considered one of the world’s most affluent and private communities, there are just 41 residences on Indian Creek, which sit along the edge of the water.
According to property records, Brady purchased the lot for $17 million in 2020, when he was still married to supermodel Gisele Bündchen. The recent news comes shortly after he completed a years-long gut renovation to the home.
Should the seven-time Super Bowl winner sell the mansion for the $1.5 million price tag, it would become the most expensive single-family home ever sold in the Miami area. This record is currently held by hedge fund titan Ken Griffin, who paid $107 million for his Coconut Grove property back in 2022.
