We simply love March because there’s a whole lot to do, from the return of Miami Music Week to Women’s History Month to St. Patrick’s Day and 3/05 Day. The fabulous lineup of activities also includes musicals, art exhibitions, sporting events and exciting parties, so read on for the best things to do in Miami this March as we head into the new season.
1. Dive into da Vinci’s mind and creations
If you’re into Leonardo da Vinci’s creations, this unique exhibit invites everyone to explore the brilliance of the Renaissance genius. 2. Enjoy lively performances at the Montreux Jazz Festival
Miami is getting a taste of Switzerland’s legendary Montreux Jazz Festival on March 1-3, marking the first time the event comes to the city. Perfect for music lovers, the festival will take place at The Hangar at Regatta Harbour and headliners on the bill include Jon Batiste, Daniela Mercury and Daryl Hall.
3. Explore an astounding exhibition of LEGO® art
The Art of Brick is an amazing exhibit you have to see to believe. It has impressed 10 million fans worldwide and now Miami gets the chance to be stunned by over 100 brick sculptures made from tiny LEGO® pieces by artist Nathan Sawaya. 4. See a match at the Miami Open
The star-studded sporting event is taking over the Hard Rock Stadium from March 17th through March 31st. This year’s edition of the tournament will also debut a wheelchair event and Major League Pickleball!
5. Experience magical classical concerts by Candlelight

Running from March 22 – 24, the city’s epic EDM festival is returning to Bayfront Park for its annual celebration! 10. And partake in Miami Music Week with these epic pool parties
March also marks the arrival of Miami Music Week, which transforms the city into a dance music paradise. One of the many anticipated events is the Sagamore Hotel’s Epic Pool Parties, from March 20 to 24. The oceanfront series will feature five days of artists like ANOTR, Hot Since 82, Danny Tenaglia and more.
11. Gear up for the Marlins’ Opening Day
It’s almost time for Miami Marlins baseball and the team is excited to welcome their fans back to loanDepot park for Opening Day against the Pittsburgh Pirates! It’s the 10th anniversary of Miami’s iconic Peruvian restaurant, La Mar by Gastòn Acurio, and they’re celebrating in a big way!
