Miami is certainly no stranger to culinary standouts, and one local favorite is being celebrated as the very best newcomer in the country! Robb Report has unveiled its annual list of the 10 Best New Restaurants in the U.S., and among the dining destinations spanning from Seattle to West Hollywood, Sunny’s Miami claimed the No. 1 spot.
About Sunny’s Miami
Tucked beneath a majestic banyan tree in Little River, this beloved steakhouse is known for its glam interiors, lush courtyard and excellent food and drinks menu, with martinis serving as a standout. From the team behind the award-winning Jaguar Sun and Sunny’s Someday Steakhouse pop-up, the eatery has easily become one of the city’s most sought-after reservations.
In their ranking, Robb Report highlighted Sunny’s beef — grilled over a live-oak fire — raw seafood, unique Parker House rolls and exceptional pastas such as the agnolotti with corn and blue crab in a saffron broth.
“This is how Miami does a steakhouse. But we’d welcome this restaurant anywhere,” the luxury publication writes.
Over the past 12 months, Robb Report editors traveled across the nation to survey its dining landscape.
