With the gift-giving season in full swing, it’s the perfect time to look for ways to spread holiday cheer and give back to those who could use our support. This year, Shots for Tots returns, as Batch Hospitality bribes South Floridians with free alcohol in exchange for generously donating new, unwrapped toys to brighten a child’s Christmas.
The annual Shots for Tots Holiday Party & Toy Drive, hosted in all of their locations from Miami to West Palm Beach, will benefit the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and PATCHES PPEC Foundation.
If you have the ability to help and give a hand, for any toy you bring in for a baby, child, or teen, you’ll receive a free shot (yes, you read that right). Every child deserves a perfect Christmas and the charitable drive helps ensure they find something special underneath their trees Christmas morning!
New toys can be dropped off at the following Shots for Tots locations:
- Batch Gastropub Miami, 30 SW 12th St, Miami, FL 33130
- Batch Gastropub Delray Beach, 14813 Lyons Rd, Delray Beach, FL 33446
- Batch New Southern Kitchen and Tap Fort Lauderdale, 525 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301
- Batch New Southern Kitchen and Tap West Palm Beach, 223 Clematis St, West Palm Beach, FL 33401
The Batch holiday parties will take place on Dec. 15 at Miami and Delray Beach, starting at 4 p.m., and on Dec. 18 at Ft. Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, beginning at 10 a.m. Toys can be donated anytime, starting now, and yes, those donating will get the free drink. You’re guaranteed to brighten someone’s day and may likely end up with the most inappropriate photo you’ve ever taken with Santa Claus.
And to add a bit more fun to the kind gesture, ugly sweaters are welcome. For more information, click here to visit their website.
