We’ve already had a taste of Prince St. Pizza since its brief pop-up in Oasis Wynwood, but the iconic pizza joint known for Sicilian-style “SoHo” Squares and Spicy Spring pepperoni pies is here to stay! The brand has announced that it will open its first brick-and-mortar location in the city this December.
Taking to 521 Lincoln Road, the South Beach newcomer will serve its legendary ‘SoHo Squares,’ described as “Sicilian-style squares with a thick, crisp and fluffy crust,” and original Neapolitan pizzas in a classic slice shop setting. Menu highlights include The Spicy Spring (topped with Fra Diavolo Sauce, Pepperoni, Fresh Mozzarella and Pecorino Romano), The Naughty Pie (Spicy Vodka Sauce, Pepperoni, Fresh Mozzarella, Ricotta and Zab’s Hot Honey) and The Vegan (boasting Sweet Marinara, Vegan Cheese, Fresh Basil, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil).
Additionally, you’ll find housemade sauces like the favorite Fra Diavolo Spicy Marinara, Spicy Vodka and House Marinara.
In true Prince Street fashion, slices and pies will be made daily from scratch and ensuring we get the same delicious taste as other locations, they’ll be utilizing a water filtration process to replicate the water used at the original NYC spot.
“Every bite and every interaction at our Lincoln Road location, similar to our other locations, will deliver pure happiness to our guests, and we look forward to being a part of such a bustling culinary scene,” said CEO of Prince St. Pizza Lawrence Longo.
Inside, the new location will feature a Miami-themed mural of pizzas and palm trees, of course, by local artist Bari-Lynn Friedlander. There will also be exclusive themed merch created by local designer Sigal Cohen Wolkowiez.
Founded in 2012, the beloved pizza brand quickly became known for its tasty offerings, spreading them beyond its New York roots. In fact, there are multiple Prince Street locations across Nevada, Southern California, Canada and now, Florida.

If you’d like to be among the first to try these cheesy slices, Prince St. Pizza will have its grand opening on Thursday, December 11, at 12 p.m. To celebrate the launch, they’re giving the first 25 guests a $25 gift card and those that join their loyalty program will be entered to win free pizza for a year!
