All aboard!
If you and your family are fans of all things merry and bright, we may have just found the perfect activity for you: Getting whisked away to the North Pole aboard the Polar Express.
Rail Events and Brightline are bringing back this holiday experience based on the beloved Christmas movie to MiamiCentral station to transport you away to the land of reindeer and Santa Claus this upcoming holiday season.
Set to the sounds of the motion picture soundtrack, passengers will relive the magic of this story as they’re whisked away aboard the Polar Express while enjoying some hot chocolate.
Aboard this hour-long trip, guests will be greeted by the conductor who will be punching their golden tickets before dancing chefs served them delicious Walker’s shortbread cookies along with their chocolate. Passengers will also get to read along with the classic children’s book, The Polar Express, by Chris Van Allsburg while Santa and his helpers board the train to greet and present each of them with the first gift of Christmas.
During this wonderful trip, characters on each coach will lead onboard entertainment such as singing and dancing as well as other fun games. Guests will also be presented with a little keepsake sleigh bell and souvenir golden ticket to take home with them. And, just like in the film, young passengers and their families are encouraged to wear their comfiest pair of PJs to enjoy the full Polar Express experience — Let’s be honest, hot chocolate in our PJs kinda sounds ideal!
The Polar Express Train Ride returns on Saturday, December 3, through Thursday, December 29, but tickets are already available for purchase online on their website .
