Nestled among the racetrack and shops in Hallandale Beach is a unique attraction that features a life-sized spinning carousel, which doubles as a bar, right in the center of it.
With weekly aerial performances, live music, lawn games, and drinks galore, the Carousel Club at Gulfstream Park always brings the energy and it is now home to a new Oktoberfest celebration.
So make sure to bring out those lederhosen and dirndls because the party will take over the entire trackside locale on Friday, September 23. Prost to the new season and expect a festive affair with German dancing, Polka Band performances, music, food, games and so much more. All day and night, you can even get a free German beer for every shot of Jäegermeister you buy!
Chill under the tent by the garden for an unparalleled view of the racetrack or save yourself a spot at the main carousel bar which comes alive with twinkling lights during the nighttime. Party until 3 a.m. and take advantage of the day’s happy hour (also known as magic hour) specials where you get five beers for $15 from 4 to 7 p.m.
When you’re feeling hungry, you can indulge in bites from the pop-up vendors at the venue, including Lincoln Road’s Spris Artisan Pizza, Mad Room Hospitality’s Los Altos Taqueria, and Ms. Cheezious.
In addition to Oktoberfest, the Carousel Club is also gearing up for its pumpkin patch next month. The Carousel Club is located at 901 S Federal Highway, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009.
