
The annual Miami Beach Pride is back for its 17th year of honoring the LGBTQ+ community, with a huge lineup of events and activities planned to celebrate! This year’s theme is “Embrace Your Journey,” inviting attendees to explore and honor their unique paths through the whimsical lens of Alice in Wonderland.
Here’s what to know about Miami Beach Pride and this weekend’s parade and festival, which welcomes over 170,000 people annually from across the globe!
When is the Miami Beach Pride parade and festival?
The official Pride festival takes place over the course of two days, on April 5 and 6, at noon. It’ll take over Lummus Park with an array of vendors and exhibitors, as well as three stages for live performances.
The Beach’s Pride parade will take place on Sunday, April 6, at 12 p.m.
Where does the Miami Beach Pride parade begin?
The parade will kick off on Fifth Street along Ocean Drive and travel to 15th Street.
Many of the businesses lined along the route offer incredible views and additional experiences, such as a watch party and festive drinks at the Clevelander Hotel as well as the Pelican Hotel’s rooftop Bottomless Tea Party.
What Miami Beach Pride events can I expect this year?
Miami Beach Pride features a lot to see and do, from a queer art showcase to a Mad Hatter’s tea party. It all leads up to the two-day Festival & Parade. You can expect:
- 4/2: Social Justice, Health & Wellness Evening at South Shore Community Center at 6 p.m.
- 4/2: Mr & Miss Miami Beach Pride Pageant at Palace at 7 p.m.
- 4/4: Mad Hatter’s VIP Tea Party at Lummus Park hosted by Luxx Noir London and headlined by Crystal Waters at 7 p.m.
- 4/5: Miami Beach Pride Festival at Lummus Park at 12 p.m.
- 4/6: Miami Beach Pride Parade on Ocean Drive and Festival at Lummus Park, both at 12 p.m.

Is Miami Beach Pride free to attend?
While some events are ticketed, most Miami Beach Pride programming — including this weekend’s parade and festival — are free. If you’re interested in a VIP experience, tickets are available.
