A breathtaking new rooftop restaurant with stunning views of Miami and Biscayne Bay has popped up in the heart of Coconut Grove! Aptly named Level 6, the 4,000-square-foot restaurant and lounge lives atop Lebanese restaurant, Amal (on the sixth floor, can’t you tell?). It’s the vision of INK Entertainment Group, the team behind Byblos, Sofia Design District and Amal Miami, of course.
Serving as an escape from the bustle of Miami, it’s the perfect spot to admire city views while enjoying a Spanish-inspired menu of tapas and perfected hand-crafted cocktails, along with curated music and entertainment.

Carefully crafted by Level 6’s expert mixologists, the bar features a diverse list of vibrant cocktails infused with flavors from local herbs and fruits, and a robust selection of rosé and sparkling options.

As for the food, Level 6 highlights a modern twist on Spanish cuisine that encourages the art of connection, with sharing. Featured menu highlights include Spanish charcuterie with sourdough bread, ibérico chorizo, ibérico salchichón, pickles, crème fraîche; tuna tartare with avocado, lavosh crackers, truffle and crème fraiche; and paella de mariscos (Spanish bomba rice) made with Argentinian shrimp, langoustine, clams and lemon.

Level 6’s interior is just as exciting, with a neutral palette and hints of green sprinkled throughout the restaurant. The space is designed by Studio Munge and offers an aesthetically pleasing feature wall by Ben Medansky that’s representative of Miami’s multiculturalism and vibrant art scene. Composed of three-dimensional glazed ceramic tiles, the colorful mural serves as the perfect eye-catching, art-filled backdrop for all gatherings!

“Whether you’re looking for an aperitivo or late-night cocktail, Level 6 is a great destination for a night out in Coconut Grove with friends. With a rotating entertainment roster, the atmosphere is always on top,” says Charles Khabouth, CEO and Founder of INK Entertainment Group.
Level 6 is open Sunday through Wednesday from 5 p.m.-midnight, and Thursday through Saturday from 5 p.m.-1 a.m. Find the rooftop at 3480 Main Highway, Coconut Grove, FL 33133. Click here to visit their website.
