Move over pickleball, there’s another racket sport having its moment right now. Padel is currently taking Miami (and the rest of the world) by storm, and it seems the love for the game isn’t stopping anytime soon. Midtown Park and ULTRA Padel are joining forces to introduce ULTRA Club Midtown, a two-acre pop-up padel destination taking over the city.
The facility will mark a significant milestone as the largest padel club in the country, residing at the future site of the $2 billion Midtown Park development. It will offer 11 outdoor courts and three kid’s courts for players of all skill levels, alongside a food and beverage concept and a lineup of community programming.

Known for reimagining the padel experience, ULTRA Club will operate both the pop-up and a permanent 8-court Racquet & Padel Club that is set to be a centerpiece of Midtown Park’s first phase.
“We are excited to introduce a world-class social hub to Miami’s most connected neighborhood,” said Ultra Padel CEO Guillermo Barragan. “This state-of-the-art facility is designed for everyone, from beginners to seasoned players, offering an inviting space to play, socialize, and elevate your game.”

The padel club is just one piece of the larger plan for Midtown Park, a mixed-use development spanning nearly five acres in the heart of the city. Visitors can expect green spaces, pedestrian paseos, luxury residences, premium office space, gourmet dining, retail and art programming.

The development’s first residential tower, Midtown Park Residences by Proper, will stand at 28 stories and consist of 288 residences with over 40,000 square feet of private amenities. Perks include a pool deck with a restaurant and bar, a spa and, of course, a pickleball court for those still not on the padel wave.
The pop-up courts are slated for a December opening.
