1. Tipsy Flamingo, Downtown Miami
At this neon-lit cocktail bar, you’re bound to find a holiday-inspired cocktail to suit your every mood! They’re serving up limited-edition cocktails like the creamy “Santa’s Midnight Snack,” blending Four Walls whiskey, gingerbread, crème de cacao, vanilla and heavy cream, topped with marshmallows, as well as the sophisticated “Panettone Negroni,” featuring panettone-infused No3 Gin, Lillet Blanc, Licor 43, Frangelico, Disaronno and a biscotti garnish.

2. Bodega Taqueria y Tequila, multiple locations
Bodega’s holiday pop-up bar has set up shop and it’s going all out with sleigh bells ringing and coconuts clinking! Themed as a Tropical Christmas, cocktail offerings include “Norbz’s Tinsel & Tequila” (a portion of the sales will go to Dolphins Challenge Cancer) and the “Cranberry Mule” (Grey Goose, homemade cranberry syrup, Owens ginger beer, cranberry, mint).

3. Copper 29 Bar, Coral Gables
This lively Miracle Mile bar is getting into the holidays this year by transforming into Mrs. Claus’ Hideaway. Step into a sultry, festive escape with options like “The Poinsettia” — a sparkling blend of prosecco, pineapple juice, dry curaçao and cranberry juice — as well as a daily happy hour (5 to 8 p.m.) with $5 to $7 cocktails, wines and beers.

4. JohnMartin’s, Coral Gables
One of the Christmas-iest pop-up bars in the city can be found at JohnMartin’s. You’ll not only find over-the-top decor and festive photo ops, but also tons of awesome holiday drinks. Seven cocktails and six shots, to be exact. Some of the Christmas-themed cocktails they’ll be serving include “The Nutcracker,” a delightful blend of peanut butter Irish whiskey, banana liqueur and Baileys, and “Sleigh My Name,” made with a mix of whiskey, whipped cream and white chocolate syrup.
Festive shot highlights include “Elf on Fire,” a bold mix of RumChata and Fireball whiskey with a cinnamon rim, as well as “Prancer’s Peppermint Patty,” a creamy combination of Tullamore Dew whiskey, whipping cream, crème de cacao and peppermint schnapps.

5. Biscayne Bay Brewing Co., Downtown Miami
You don’t want to miss out on Biscayne Bay Brewing’s limited-edition seasonal drink: the “Peppermint Espresso Martini.” Crafted with Tito’s vodka, Mr. Black’s coffee liqueur, cold brew and a festive hint of peppermint syrup, this cocktail serves up a delightful blend of rich coffee notes and refreshing holiday flair.
