This summer, Bayfront Park is transforming into an epic 436,000-square-foot waterfront party for soccer fans. Whether you’ve got tickets to the action or not at the Hard Rock Stadium, this free fan village will serve as a global gathering place thanks to its giant broadcast screens, live performances, cultural showcases, Faces of Fan Festival installation and much more.
Preparing for an influx of global fans, Miami Beach is transforming its public spaces into an interactive game. A total of 48, 16-foot inflatable soccer balls — each representing a qualifying nation — will be hidden across the city’s parks, streets and music venues to be discovered. Participants can snap photos or videos of the structures and upload them to a live global feed to see which fanbases are surging in real time.

Presented by UBER as a FIFA World Cup Miami Host Committee “One Game, One Passion” legacy project, this new public art installation merges art, sports and marine sustainability. It will feature two extra-large goals by PLAYLAB, INC., set along Miami Beach’s shoreline, in support of REEFLINE’s mission of ocean conservation. The site-specific work incorporates constellation-inspired design elements woven throughout the goal structures, and visitors will be invited to participate in hands-on environmental activations.
