Carousel Club at Gulfstream Park is giving off some truly holly jolly vibes this November, thanks to our favorite holiday tradition known as Miracle bar. The Christmas-themed pop-up and its Surfside sibling, Sippin’ Santa, are set to transform over 200 bars around the globe, and this trackside venue is no different. Carousel Club will turn into a winter-meets-tropical escape wonderland, complete with seasonal cocktails, kitschy decor, twinkling lights and new mug designs!
What to expect at Miracle at Carousel Club
The cocktail menu will feature favorites like the Christmapolitan (vodka, elderflower, dry vermouth, spiced cranberry sauce, lime, rosemary, absinthe mist), Snowball Old-Fashioned (rye whiskey, gingerbread, aromatic & wormwood bitters, orange essence) and Jingle Balls Nog (cognac, cream sherry, almond milk, cream, egg, vanilla, nutmeg).
New this year are Candy Cane Lane (white rum, vanilla liqueur, dark crème de cacao, minty amaro, candy cane, soy milk), Dancing Sugarplums (gin, limoncello, plum wine, plum milk syrup, lemon, tiki bitters, nutmeg), Blitzen Barrel (cream sherry, mead, scotch, PX sherry, honey, sesame) and Miracle Mouse (bourbon, French sweet vermouth, pamplemousse liqueur, vanilla liqueur, strawberry, grapefruit, orange acid).
For those looking for non-alcoholic options, there will be cozy choices like the Snow Day Sipper (chocolate hazelnut & coconut syrup, coconut whipped cream, cacao dust) and Silent Night (tart cherry, chocolate, orange acid, soda).
In addition to floor-to-ceiling decor and bartenders shaking up whimsical seasonal cocktails, visitors can expect a number of fun holiday-themed events, such as:
