On March 31, this iconic waterfront destination will host a special edition brunch with Latin inspired dishes and festive menu items to be enjoyed alongside the scenic backdrop of Biscayne Bay. Marcus Samuelsson’s iconic Red Rooster is celebrating Easter with their famed Gospel Brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., where guests can listen to the sounds of a live gospel while indulging in specialty dishes that include jerk smoked salmon toast and biscuits and gravy. And on Saturday, March 30, the restaurant will be hosting its annual community Easter Egg Hunt for families with sack races and face painting.
