Long before completion, the Aston Martin Residences Miami had already made a name for itself as the luxury brand’s first real estate project and the tallest all-residential building south of New York. And according to the automaker, 99% of condominiums have already been sold.
Located in downtown Miami on the waterfront, the 66-story building has officially opened, coinciding with the week of Formula 1. Developed in collaboration with G&G Business Developments, it houses 391 condominiums and more than 42,000 square feet of “Sky Amenities” that include a fitness centre, art gallery, two movie theaters, a virtual golf simulator, business center and conference room, kids playroom, and a full service spa, beauty salon and barber shop.
There’s even an infinity pool with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and Miami’s shimmering cityscape on the 55th floor. Surrounding it are jacuzzis and cabanas, an ultra-luxurious sky bar, a chef’s kitchen, ball room and private dining areas.
The building’s crown jewel is one of seven penthouses named the “Unique Triplex Penthouse,” which is still on the market for $59 million. The three-floor condominium, spanning a total 27,191 square feet of living space, comes with a 24/7 private butler service and direct access to the glistening waters via an exclusive superyacht marina.
As one of the tallest and most exclusive towers in the city, it came on the market with a hefty price tag. According to CNN, condos were sold for $1.5 million to $8.5 million, while penthouses ranged from $16 million to $59 million. Additionally, more than 50 residents of the building already own an Aston Martin.
The Aston Martin Residences is located at 300 Biscayne Blvd Way, Miami, FL 33131.
