For over two decades, Zoological Wildlife Foundation has been home to an array of magnificent creatures, including leopards, sloths, flamingos, monkeys, and more. The five-acre sanctuary, located just a short drive from Zoo Miami, raises awareness about wildlife conservation and the preservation of exotic wildlife.
Escape the crowds of a traditional zoo and meet a wide variety of exotic species through small guided wildlife tours and private encounters. Visitors will have the opportunity to walk the grounds, feed and interact with animals, take pictures, and learn how to help protect rare and endangered species in the wild.

Zoological Wildlife Foundation is home to rare species born in captivity
You may have previously spotted the foundation’s dancing capybara reel on your Instagram feed, which gained a whopping 260 million views. And, while we must admit that scrolling through their profile is bound to boost one’s dopamine levels, nothing compares to seeing these captivating creatures in person.
Beyond offering guided tours and private, one-on-one experiences, ZWF invites you to “adopt” an animal, donate to conservation initiatives, and even volunteer onsite. For the avid animal lovers, the foundation also offers yearly memberships.
