In great news for the city’s ice cream and froyo lovers, Van Leeuwen has opened its newest scoop shop in Brickell! And to celebrate, they’re making our week much sweeter by offering frozen yogurt for just $1 this Thursday.
While known for its French-style ice cream, the NYC-born brand has launched a lineup of frozen yogurt exclusively available at the Mary Brickell Village location in South Florida. Signature flavors include Tart (made with A2 organic Bulgarian yogurt) and Matcha (made with ceremonial-grade matcha), alongside the new Strawberry and Chocolate. They can be enjoyed individually or swirled together in creations like Strawberry Matcha or Chocolate Tart.

As for toppings, you can choose from fresh strawberries, pistachio kataifi, toasted coconut, mochi, chocolate curls, cookies & cream crumble and Sicilian pistachio cream.
How to get the sweet deal
To take advantage of the launch deal, mark your calendars for this Thursday, April 9! From 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., the 900 S Miami Ave, Suite 172 location will serve $1 small frozen yogurts. Toppings and size upgrades are not included.
You can also meet co-founder Ben Van Leeuwen, who will be on site to meet locals and personally swirl cups of froyo.
Spanning nearly 1,200 square feet, the new outpost just launched last month, serving everything from scoops to milkshakes, ice cream sandwiches, pints and, of course, frozen yogurt! It features Van Leeuwen’s signature pastel palette with custom tiles inspired by its classic Vanilla Bean and Praline Butter Cake flavors.
