Who needs snow when you’ve got holiday-frenzied pop-ups to bring in the season? The Falcon in Delray Beach has once again transformed into a joyful pop-up bar, where you’ll find sleigh loads of merriment from decked out halls and a fa-la-la-la-la-ed up drink menu.
The over-the-top lights, tinsel, garlands and other seasonal decor transform the charming 100-year-old house into a gorgeous wonderland. If you don’t mind making the hour-long drive, the flamboyant decor is sure to put a smile on your face as soon as you walk through the doors.
And the drinks! You’re going to want to snap pics of not only all their gorgeous decor but their Instagrammable cocktails as well. Among the new offerings on the bill this time include Grandma Got Run Over by a T-Rex, made with vodka, orange liqueur, gentian aperitif, aloe vera, spiced pomegranate and grapefruit mix, lime and aromatic bitters.
And each drink is served in signature glassware, from Santa Pants to Santa Heads, which can be purchased to take home from the bar.
Organizers behind the pop-up bar is the nationwide Christmas-themed pop-up cocktail bar known as Miracle. Even when it was formerly known as Death or Glory, the historic Falcon House has been a recurring host for Miracle, now held in more than 100 bars across the country. In addition, Miracle will donate 10% of the proceeds to the Seva Foundation, a global nonprofit eye care organization. We celebrate for a good cause!
The Falcon’s festive pop-up will be open Tuesday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m., Sundays from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. and Friday through Saturday at 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. Find it at 116 NE 6th Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33483.
Other South Florida bars taking part in Miracle are Gramps in Wynwood (beginning Nov. 25) and the Lobby Bar at PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens. Click here to visit their website for more information.
