Mark your calendars because a deliciously new two-week culinary experience is making its way to Coral Gables and you’re in for quite the summer treat!
Sip & Savor, an inaugural summer event spotlighting the city’s cuisine and creativity, is featuring prix-fixe cocktail and appetizer specials at a number of participating restaurants, kicking off on Thursday, July 14.
Basically, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a cocktail or beverage paired with an appetizer for a special price, not offered any other day of the year. The curated drinks and bites brought to you by top chefs and mixologists range from $7 to $12 each, and are available from 4 to 7 p.m. daily until July 31.

Representing businesses that form the beautiful bustling soul of the city for over 25 years, The Business Improvement District (BID) of Coral Gables is behind the program and curates all kinds of special events year-round to attract locals and tourists alike. From the famed Restaurant Week and Culinary Month to Giralda Under the Stars and the Winter Holiday Market, each event is meant to get people to come out and enjoy the City Beautiful.
