It’s time to party like it’s 1975! Sergio’s Cuban Restaurant, a family-owned business and cherished local institution, first opened its doors five decades ago. And this October, they’re turning back the clock and treating customers with prices from back in the day to celebrate making it to 50.
On October 1st — which also happens to be the city’s official Croqueta Day — show up to any of Sergio’s full-service locations to enjoy menu items with prices so low, you’ll have to pinch yourself to believe it’s real. They’re always talking about how great costs were back in the day, and now we’re getting the chance to experience it for ourselves!
What deals to expect for Sergio’s 50th birthday
You can catch a few throwback prices like frita Cubanas for $1.38 or medianoches for $2.60. They’ll also be serving Cuban sandwiches for $3.25 and pan con bistec for just $3! Check out the menu below:
The one-day-only deal serves as a thank you to the community and loyal following that has elevated the business from a small sandwich shop in Westchester to multiple locations spanning South Florida, including Coral Way, Kendall, Doral and even Pembroke Pines.
If you’re planning on taking advantage of these 50-year-old prices, the celebration will be going on all day long. Just keep in mind that these prices don’t roll around very often, so you should get to your local Sergio’s early if you want to avoid long lines!
When: Wednesday, October 1
Where: Find all of Sergio’s locations on their website. The offer is available dine-in only.
