In a testament to Miami’s extraordinary culinary scene, three local restaurants have been celebrated as some of the best in the entire country. It’s all thanks to Resy, which recently unveiled its debut roster of The Resy 100. It features a list of eateries that “define dining today,” selected by the reservation platform’s editors and contributors. The inaugural ranking highlights the spots that make customers want to return to again and again, all available through their platform.

No. 26: Shiso

Coming in at #26 is Wynwood’s Shiso, a stylish rooftop spot known for its bold flavors by blending Japanese precision with Caribbean soul. Standout dishes include the miso cornbread with uni and ikura, smoked sticky ribs with furikake and the Shiso chicken — half fried, half smoked — with a negi waffle on the side.
“There’s no arguing Shiso hits all the marks with its solid vibe, but those ultra-umami oxtail udon noodles tossed tableside with a cured egg yolk, like a creamy carbonara, are enough to make me want to implore everyone else to run, not walk,” writes Resy Miami writer Lyssa Goldberg.
📍 239 NW 28th St, Miami, FL 33127
No. 37: Double Luck Pop Up
Ranked at #37, this buzzy pop-up in the Upper Eastside is known for its playful touch on comfort dishes like and an ever-changing menu, where locals line up for tasty bites and party vibes. From the same team behind Tâm Tâm, the concept has taken over the old Schnitzel Haus space to serve inventive regional Chinese dishes, from mapo tofu to tea smoked duck and Hennessy orange chicken.
📍 1085 NE 79th St, Miami, FL 33138
No. 52: Mutra

This elevated kosher dining destination in North Miami may look unassuming from the outside, but inside you’ll find delicious farm fresh food, an eclectic design and mesmerizing music. At #52 in the nation, Mutra impresses with favorites like falafel, chicken liver and lamb, but with a twist. There’s the “1 perfect falafel,” with tomato gel and za’atar, and the “fish of Mordechai,” with herbal jus and powdered Persian lemon.
