The Pink Paloma may be a relatively new restaurant on the scene, but it has vastly become a hotspot for delicious tacos, bold tequila and a chill hangout. With brunch in Miami among one of the top to-do activities — in Wynwood, no less — they’re launching a new weekend brunch to enjoy at this unmissable part of the neighborhood.
Situated at the huge oasis known as Wynwood Marketplace, their brunch menu is available from 12-5 p.m. on Sundays and features a a variety of dishes, including chilaquiles with shredded chicken or beef, a burrito, huevos rancheros, tostadas, steak & eggs and a breakfast quesadilla. And there’s no brunch without a proper cocktail! Not to worry, they have you covered with their signature frozen margaritas (classic, strawberry, mango); pink palomas (mezcal, fresh lime, pink grapefruit soda); michelada (beer, lime juice, Clamato, tajin) and more.
You can choose to elevate your Sunday Funday with bottomless mimosas for $25 per person, from 12-4 p.m., guaranteeing you the perfect boozy brunch. In addition to the latest brunch menu, Pink Paloma’s regular “food on wheels” menu will continue on Sundays to include starters and tacos.
When you’re done munching down on Mexican fare, you can check out all the handmade jewelry, clothes and other items being sold by local vendors around the marketplace. Or snap a picture at the maze of stacked shipping containers featuring the most vibrant murals, in typical Wynwood fashion.
