Has it really been 40 years? Miami Vice first aired in 1984, which means that this year marks four decades of the legendary TV show. And while its legacy is still alive and well across the city, they’re taking celebrations to the place where it all started — Miami Beach!
A series of parties, meet and greets with the cast, location tours, an official museum and more are planned for the week and if you’re a fan of the 1980s and the detective duo of Sonny Crockett and Ricardo Tubbs, who doesn’t love a celebration? Here’s what’s going on in the city for Miami Vice’s 40th anniversary:
1. Dinner with the cast and crew
