The University of Miami has done it! After a thrilling 31-27 victory over Ole Miss in the Fiesta Bowl, the Hurricanes will play for the national title in their own backyard, hosting the Indiana Hoosiers at the Hard Rock Stadium.

When is the 2026 CFP National Championship game?
The championship game in Miami will be held on Monday, January 19, with kick-off scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
What to do across Miami during the championship weekend
Miami will be hosting events all weekend-long leading up to Monday night. There’s a family-friendly interactive fan fest known as Playoff Fan Central. The free event will takeover the Miami Beach Convention Center with games, pep rallies, special guests and more, from January 16 to 18.

The official pre-game at the Hard Rock Stadium, known as the Allstate Championship Tailgate, will also feature performances by Pitbull and Kat Luna on January 19.
