Right as Inter Miami is kicking off its fifth season in the league, the team is ready to play at its newly named stadium. In an announcement made Tuesday, DRV PNK Stadium has been renamed Chase Stadium as part of a multi-year partnership with JPMorgan Chase.
“Inter Miami is honored to partner with the country’s largest bank, JPMorgan Chase,” said Inter Miami CF chief business officer, Xavier Asensi. “We could not have envisioned a more fitting new main partner, as we look forward to chasing our dreams at Chase Stadium in 2024 and beyond.”
As part of the new move — which marks Chase’s first stadium naming rights deal in professional fútbol — those with Chase debit or credit cards will have access to an exclusive entrance at the stadium and a 25% discount at select concession stands during Inter Miami’s home opener on Wednesday, Feb. 21. Chase customers will also have special promotions that include presale ticket access, preferred seating opportunities and discounts on merchandise at the Inter Miami CF Team Store on site.
Chase will have a visible presence throughout the stadium with major signage on the interior and exterior. A J.P. Morgan Suite Level and VIP Entrance will also be introduced.
Additionally, stadium capacity has increased to 21,500 this year, with a brand new seating section in the Southwest corner as well as the Northeast and Southeast corners being incorporated into the stadium.
Built on the site of the former Lockhart Stadium, Chase Stadium is currently Inter Miami’s home since its inaugural season in 2020. However, construction is underway for a 25,000-seat stadium named Miami Freedom Park near Miami International Airport that will physically bring the team closer to the city.
