There’s something we think you should know. Across all of the Fontainebleau Hotel’s restaurants, you’ll be able to order off their secret menus. Whether it’s bubbly poolside at La Côte, steakhouse sophistication at StripSteak by Michael Mina, Italian supremacy at Scarpetta or cocktails at Bleau Bar, the hotel is pulling back to curtain to share these secret sensations, all priced at $32.
To access them, all you need to do is ask.
If you’re a lover of pineapples and tequila, on the secret menu at Glow Bar is the specialty “Tropical Paradise” margarita out of a pineapple while enjoying the sights of the hotel’s poolscape. Topped with cayenne pepper, it’ll add the spice to a cool poolside breeze.
Moving on, the “electric dust” on the Close Azul Plata cocktail at Bleau Bar will charge your tastebuds. Along with passion fruit, strawberry purée and hellfire habanero shrub, this cocktail adds a fresh spin to a classic Mexican spirit.
Then, beneath a smoke encapsulated bubble awaits Arkadia Grill’s refreshing “Apple of Envy” cocktail featuring Angel’s Envy Bourbon, a hint of apple and brown sugar. Evoking memories of perfect backyard barbecues, you’ll be able to feast on a dry-aged steak burger slider that it’s served with.
At La Côte, you’ll be able to sip on a Belvedere-based cocktail infused with blackberry and lemongrass, combined with butterfly pea tea, rosemary, citrus and more. This drink is what happens when an Oceanside bistro meets a butterfly garden; and it comes paired with spiced crispy chickpeas.
Inspired by the classics, the “Their Way” cocktail at StripSteak features Grey Goose vodka, passion fruit and a touch of spice. Served with chilled shrimp and lemon vinaigrette dusted with togarashi, this combo will dance across your palette with the style and sophistication of the Rat Pack that inspired it!
On the secret menu at Hakkasan, the the Macallan 12 smoked Old Fashioned will give you a whiskey experience unlike any other. Served on a sherry wood oak slab, the beverage comes with a crispy rice shrimp with tangerine sauce.
And lastly, enjoy the simple and seductive amaretto and bourbon “Godfather” cocktail at Scarpetta. It’s an offer you simply can’t refuse, especially since it’s paired with a perfect ravioli.
And that’s it! Order these secret sensations that not everyone knows about by simply asking for the “secret menu” item. It’s available across all of the Fontainebleau Hotel’s herald outlets.
