The longest-running Latin music festival, Billboard Latin Music Week, continued in the Magic City on Tuesday, September 27 and it was full of insightful discussions, a new music premiere and captivating performances despite the bad weather.
The six-day week at the Faena Forum coincides with National Hispanic Heritage Month and is in tune with the Billboard Latin Music Awards, which airs live on September 29.

Christina Aguilera hosted an intimate premiere party, where the singer teased new music and interacted with fans.
A superstar Q&A with Camilo and friends was held with the new unique face of Latin pop, who spoke about his collaborative and chart-topping artistic process with help from this pals and collaborators Eduin Caz of Grupo Firme and songwriter-producer Edgar Barrera.
Camilo then closed the night with an energetic performance for the Billboard En Vivo concert at the Faena Theater, while Puerto Rican singer-songwriter and Billboard On The Radar Artist, GALE, opened the show.
During the day, the most exciting new names on the Billboard charts banded together for the iconic “Women on the Rise” panel — Mariah Angeliq, Emilia Mernes, Tokischa, Lili Zetina and Elena Rose.
A once-in-a-lifetime conversation with the children of Jenni Rivera – Chiquis, Jacqie, Michael, Jenicka, and Johnny – also took place. December marks the 10-year anniversary of Jenni Rivera’s untimely death in a plane crash, but her legacy still looms large. They spoke about their mother’s game-changing legacy and brand new, previously unreleased music.
Additionally, hitmaker Justin Quiles hit the stage for an engaging panel about connecting people with music through technology, presented by AT&T.
