At Islamorada, they seem to have cruisin’ and boozin’ perfected down to a tee-ki.
If you’re into tiki bars and sailing we may have just found the perfect cruise for you. Docked at Bayside’s Lorelei Restaurant & Cabana Bar, the Cruisin Tikis will take you on a fun tour through the crystalline waters of Islamorada while you relax and enjoy your drink on one of their floating tiki bars.
These bad buoys are unlike any other boat we’ve seen in a while and have us doing double-takes. Shaped like an octagonal tiki hut these come with their own wrap-around bamboo bars, a tiki thatched roof, Bluetooth speakers, and a swim ladder.
The cruisin’ tikis are, of course, operated by licensed captains who will also serve as your DJ, party host, and bartender. All you need do is grab a drink, take a seat and enjoy the ride!
Islamorada’s Cruisin’ Tikis offer three themed cruises for every occasion including a girls-only ride for you to enjoy some mimosas with your gals and a sunset cruise on which to take in Islamorada’s famous sunsets. Each ride has 90-minute cruises departing daily and you can book your spot for $50 per person ($55 for sunset cruises).
Cruisin’ Tikis also has plenty of additional tiki boats floating around Florida so you can enjoy our beautiful coast in all its splendor. Other Cruisin’ Tiki spots include Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Key Largo, Key West and Naples among others.
