Ravers, rejoice! Club Space is making its long-awaited comeback (okay, it’s only been three months, but still long enough!) by reopening its doors this weekend.
A staple of Miami nightlife, the 24-hour club closed on June 2nd for structural renovations due to the nearby construction of the E11EVEN Hotel and Residences. The plan was to reopen in fall of 2024, with events taking place at its sister venue, Factory Town, in the meantime.
“In order to solidify our club’s future, we are making proactive improvements in our building to remain a part of the 11th Street neighborhood development,” the team wrote on social media at the time. “All other construction inside of the club will focus on maintaining the vibe and levelling up our dance floor experience.”
Now, after a whole summer spent apart, Club Space and its sub-venues Floyd and The Ground will reopen on Thursday, September 19th!
“WE MISSED YOU. WE LOVE YOU. WE ARE BACK. THIS WEEKEND WE DANCE,” their latest post on Instagram reads.
The city’s beloved club is fully back with legendary nights of dancing and tunes. The news of its return came alongside the announcement of a series of opening parties all throughout the weekend.
The first set of parties on September 19th will feature Peggy Gou, John Talabot, Alinka, Ms. Mada, and System Sister. On the 20th, Green Velvet, DJ Seinfeld, Shermanology, Thunderpony and Nicole Gallamini are on the bill. Then on the 21st, there will be music by Francis Mercier, Bakke, Malóne and Nii Tei before closing out the 22nd with Fisher, Danyelino and Monoky.
You can find more information and book tickets for Club Space’s massive return on their website. Just be sure to act fast, as tickets might sell out quickly!
