If you’re eyeing a fall trip to our northern Florida neighbors, Amtrak is back with yet another fall sale. And you’ll want to take advantage of the deal very soon, as discounted fares run until Tuesday, October 7th!
Applying to most Amtrak routes across the country, including Miami to Tampa, the deal is available for trips between October 14th and December 18th. Booking a ride on the direct train service is one of the many ways to travel between the two cities, becoming especially convenient if you’re not up for the lengthy drive (or dealing with traffic, really).
It’s important to know that ticket availability for the Falling Fares Sale is limited, with blackout dates falling on Nov. 11, and Nov. 21 through Dec. 1.

Sample fares between Miami and Tampa go for as low as $18 each way. Riders would travel in Coach class, which offers plenty of legroom and no dreaded middle seats.
