If you have a serous sweet tooth, this is the news you’ve been waiting for! On January 24 and 25, Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden is once again transforming into a cocoa-filled wonderland. Marking nearly two decades of decadence, this celebration will bring together world-class chocolate makers and fans for a weekend dedicated to everyone’s favorite treat.
Whether you want to taste your way through artisanal desserts or sip on a chocolate-infused drink, there’s something at A Festival of Chocolate to satisfy every craving.

What to expect
From interactive workshops to gourmet tastings, attendees can taste, create, sip and play their way through the festival. There’s the Artisan Chocolate Marketplace, where you can browse dozens of premier local and international chocolatiers offering unique creations. You can also get to making your own custom confection at The Candy BAR.

For the 21+ attendees, explore sophisticated flavor profiles with delicious bourbon and chocolate pairings, or mini chocolate martini flights (experiences sold separately). And there will be live cooking demonstrations from pros on how to turn cacao into confection magic.

Fun for the whole family
It’s not all about the sugar rush at this chocolate festival! The garden will be buzzing with live music and plenty of activities for kids. The little ones can hop aboard the legendary Choco Choco ChooChoo train, hit the floor for bubble dance parties and join a chocolate-y scavenger hunt.
